Personalized Accountability Plans
We developed an accountability plan that YOU choose the aggressiveness of, and we just hold you to it. Want to cut out only soda for 30 days? Great, let’s start with that. We will not push you into something you are not ready for.
This program will be different for everyone and is completely reliant on the person’s goals entering it. We have all the tools – you tell us how many of them you want to use.
1-on-1 Coaching Sessions
Even though we are only focusing on removing soda (if that is what you start with), you will still take a photo of EVERYTHING you eat, EVERY DAY and load it into the app (yes, that handful of popcorn and the random jolly rancher you took from the doctor’s office bowl too).
On your accountability calls, you will still discuss your diet and your coach will explain a little about portion control, how to read labels, etc, but we will not adjust your intake until you think you are ready. We can add fitness eventually, hormone balancing, vitamins and other supplements… We literally have it all.
